JLL bolsters capital markets team in Singapore with Terry Wong and Alaric Yeo
JLL has two recently designated inclusions to its own capital sector team to broaden JLL’s sectoral plans as well as financial investment sales potentials in Singapore.
Wong presents to Ting Lim, the head of capital field, Singapore, and will partner a broader group of experts, both local and regionally.
Yeo will be joining Wong’s team, and will be accountable for offering acquisition and divestment advisory to clients on mid-market business financial investment transactions.
He has more than 9 years of expertise with a well-known record in managing capital markets transactions and has been specifically involved in the successful broker of venture deals in spare of $1.3 billion in proceeding value. Wong was always in tasks focused on the advisory of residential and commercial en-bloc redevelopment proposals, as well as in corporate house leasing and expat moving.
